Public instructions for requesting deletion of your Wallscape account and associated data.
How To Request Account Deletion
Wallscape users can request account deletion from inside the Wallscape app in Settings, or by emailing [email protected] from their Wallscape account email.
What To Include
Include your Wallscape account email in the request so we can verify and process the deletion.
Data Deleted
- Account and profile data.
- Saved wallpapers, boards, and associated account data.
- Email OTP code records tied to the email, where present.
Data Retention
Server request logs are retained only according to hosting-provider log retention, currently 7 days.
Timing
Deletion is completed within 30 days after a verified request.
